Also, as a heads up, the Red Maple Eatery will be closed July 19-21 - next Friday, Saturday and Sunday. And yes, that's during Lucky Days. Our family, along with extended family and friends, will be travelling to Oshkosh for the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-Star Football game in which our own Chef Nels wills be participating. Congrats Nels, and Go North All-Stars!
